Closing of the platform for abstract submission: March 18 2024
Notification of accepted/rejected communication: End of March 2024
Instructions for an oral communication or for a poster
Template and Instructions
Your document must respect the following instructions:
- Your document must be in A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm)
- It must be a maximum 1 page
- It must be in English
- It must respect the conference template
Submission
Participants who would like to present their work as an oral or a poster communication are invited to submit an abstract by March 18, 2024.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Organizing Committee for their acceptance, and notification of acceptance, either as oral or poster presentation, will be emailed within one month after the submission deadline. Full payment of the registration fee is required for accepted summaries to be published in the book of abstracts of the Symposium.
