Getting there
By train
Travelling by train to Toulouse will take you directly to the vibrant heart of the city: the place du Capitole, the Victor Hugo market, or The Basilica of Saint-Sernin – to name but a few – are within walking distance of the station, as well as many hotels and restaurants.
During you travel, you will be able to enjoy the scenery or get some work done as train lines across Europe are now equipped with free wifi and power sockets for recharging phones and laptops. It is also a convenient way to travel, as there are no restrictions on luggage (and poster tubes) and you don’t need to be at the station several hours in advance.

By car
This is not the most convenient transportation as it is difficult to park on at the conference center.
Take the ringroad, exit 29 direction « Hôpital Purpan ».
Car parks (free): Parking « Consultations » near the Centre des Congrès or parking « Les peupliers » (3 minutes walk).
From Toulouse Matabiau train station
- Public transportation (25 minutes): Take the metro line A direction « Basso Cambo », change at the station « Arènes » and take the streetcar line T1 (direction « Aéroconstellation ») or T2 (direction « Aéroport ») and stop at « Purpan »
- Taxi: Average price 14€ (day fare), 18€ (nights and sundays)
From Toulouse center
The easiest is to use public transportation:
- Metro + streetcar: Take the metro line A direction « Basso Cambo », change at the station « Arènes » and take the streetcar line T1 (direction « Aéroconstellation ») or T2 (direction « Aéroport ») and stop at « Purpan »
- Streetcar: From « Palais de Justice » take the streetcar line T1 (direction « Aéroconstellation ») or T2 (direction « Aéroport ») and stop at « Purpan »
- Bus: From « Jeanne D’Arc », take line 45, stop at the station « Pelletier Purpan »
From « Saint Cyprien République », take line 45 or 66, stop at the station « Pelletier Purpan »
From Toulouse Blagnac airport
- Public transportation (15 minutes): Take the streetcar line T2 (direction « Palais de Justice ») and stop at « Purpan »
