Presentation instructions

Oral Communications

The timing for the talks are as follow :

• Plenary: 45 minutes including questions (35’ + 10’)
• Keynote: 30 minutes including questions (25’ + 5’)
• Invited: 20 minutes including questions (15’ + 5’)
• Oral communication: 12 minutes including questions (10’ + 2’)

Posters

Your poster should be printed in A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation.
Note that it is not possible to print your poster on site.
The posters will be displayed on grids and fixed with clips, which will be given to you upon your arrival.

Communication prizes

Prizes will be awarded for the best oral communications and poster presentations.
